By accessing or using Amadeuz, including the website, chat interface, companion experiences, voice features, plans, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Amadeuz provides AI companion experiences that may include text conversation, generated voice, contextual memory, account services, and paid subscription features. The service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, limited, or removed.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation, attempting to interfere with the platform, abusing automated systems, violating applicable laws, impersonating others, or using the service to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.

5. AI Output

Amadeuz provides AI-generated content, which may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some cases. Companion responses are generated automatically and should not be relied on as professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice. You are responsible for how you use generated output.

6. Voice, Memory, and Companion Behavior

Companion responses may include generated voice and may use contextual memory to improve continuity. Memory features may store conversation context, extracted facts, and embeddings to improve the service experience. Companion personality or style does not create a personal, therapeutic, fiduciary, or professional relationship.

7. User Content

You retain responsibility for the messages, prompts, and other content you submit. By using the service, you grant Amadeuz a limited right to process your content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and maintain the service.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid plan. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge you according to the selected plan. Prices, plan limits, and feature availability may change. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available billing tools or account portal, subject to the billing terms presented at checkout. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable purchase terms and payment processor requirements.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure downtime, provider outages, or technical limitations, including unavailability of companion, voice, or GPU-backed features.

11. Suspension and Termination

Amadeuz may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or others, or if continued access is not feasible for legal, operational, or security reasons.

12. Intellectual Property

The Amadeuz brand, website, design elements, and service software are owned by or licensed to Amadeuz. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the service or its materials.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amadeuz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amadeuz and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
